Timber for branded residences

A branded residence sells a standard. We make every floor, wall panel, door and joinery front to the master samples signed for the show apartment, so the last unit handed over matches the first one sold.

The problem with staged developments

Residential towers are built and fitted out over years. Timber for the last floors comes from different batches, sometimes different suppliers, and buyers notice when their apartment doesn't match the one they were shown.

How every unit stays the same

  • One finish specification for every timber surface in the development
  • Master samples signed for the show apartment, kept at each mill and with you
  • Every batch checked for colour, gloss and moisture, with records sent before it ships
  • Deliveries sequenced floor by floor to your programme
  • Reorder codes for later stages and refurbishments

One package

Floors, wall panelling, doors and frames, skirtings, stairs, and joinery such as kitchens, vanities and wardrobes, from one supplier.

One project lead and one warranty for all the timber, rather than one per product.

Questions

Can different apartment types use different tones?

Yes. The Foundation uses herringbone in the lobby and wide plank in the apartments, both from the same oak collection. Tones can change while species, brushing, gloss and coating stay the same.

How do you handle later stages of a development?

Later stages are made to the same signed master samples, and every batch is measured against them before it ships.

Do you work to the hotel brand's standards?

Yes. We work from the brand standard and your designer's specification, and make master samples for sign-off.

Planning a residential development?
