Timber for hotel projects in Dubai and the UAE
We supply engineered oak floors, wall panelling, doors and joinery direct from our mills to hotels, villas and branded residences in the UAE. Every surface arrives prefinished in one finish, packed by floor and stage.
What we supply in the UAE
Wooden flooring in plank, herringbone and chevron. Wall cladding and ceiling linings in oak or walnut veneer. Doors and frames, stairs, beams and skirtings, and fit-out joinery such as vanities, wardrobes and reception desks.
All of it carries the same species, brushing, gloss and coating, so a hotel or villa reads as one scheme from the lobby to the suites.
How supply works
- We work from your interior designer's finish schedule, alongside your fit-out contractor
- You and each mill sign the master samples before production
- Shipped direct from the mill, consolidated by floor and stage, and delivered in the order you build
- Origin, species and treatment records for customs with every shipment
- Spare boards for touch-ups in every delivery
Herringbone and chevron
At The Foundation, herringbone runs from the residents' lobby into the lift cars, with wide plank through the apartments.
Stable boards and panels
Our floors are engineered boards: a solid oak wear layer on a stable core. We supply them to be glued down, which keeps them quiet and stops them moving.
Veneer panel board is pressed on moisture-resistant MDF. Wall panelling is click-jointed, pinned and glued.
Fire classification
Interior finishes in UAE hotels need a fire classification that Civil Defence accepts. Tell us what your fire consultant requires for each area.
We'll confirm which products and test reports meet it before we quote, and we won't propose anything that doesn't.
Questions
Do you supply Dubai hotel projects from New Zealand?
Our project team is in Auckland, but the timber ships direct from our mills in Europe and Asia to your site. Nothing routes through New Zealand.
Can you work to our designer's specification?
Yes. We match the species, grade, size, colour tone, texture and gloss in the specification, or write one with your designer.
Do you supply villas and branded residences as well as hotels?
Yes. For residences, the final units are made to the master samples signed for the show apartment, so every unit meets the standard you sold.
Do you install?
No. We supply, and guide your installers during the build with install guides. Your fit-out contractor installs.
