Later-living residences in Mount Maunganui, a short walk from the beach. We're supplying the floors, stairs and 300 mm oak skirtings for the first of three towers, all in one finish.

What we're supplying
Engineered European oak floors, stairs in the floor's finish, and a custom skirting: 300 mm high and 18 mm thick, faced in 2 mm European oak veneer so it reads as part of the floor.
Tall skirtings are often painted MDF from a separate supplier. Made in the floor's oak and finish, it carries the timber up the wall instead of stopping at the floor line.
