QT Queenstown
EVT is converting the neighbouring Rydges into QT and joining the two, taking the hotel to 222 rooms. We're supplying the floors, stairs and custom skirtings wing by wing, while the existing hotel stays open.

How we're supplying it
A live hotel can't take one big delivery. The work runs wing by wing, so each order is made, checked and shipped for the next wing on the programme.
Eight orders so far: the first-stage floors, the west and central west wings, the lobby, the central core and its level 6, the stairs, custom skirtings and the lower west wing. The upper west wing is next.
Every order is made to the same signed samples, so a wing finished in 2027 matches the first one done in 2025.
