Our words and yours
Direct from the mill
We buy straight from the mills that make the timber, with no importer or distributor in between. Our inspectors check each batch at the mill against your signed master samples before it ships.
Shipments are packed by floor and stage and delivered in the order you build, with spare boards for touch-ups.
Duty, compliance and paperwork
Every US quote shows import duty as its own line, so the landed cost is clear from the first price.
Engineered flooring imported into the US must meet the EPA's TSCA Title VI formaldehyde rules, and wood products need a Lacey Act declaration of species and origin. Tell us what your project needs and we'll confirm it before we quote.
Wall paneling in corridors and lobbies usually needs an ASTM E84 flame-spread classification. Tell us what your code consultant requires, and we'll confirm which panels have test reports before we quote.

Questions
Is European oak the same as white oak?
European oak belongs to the white oak group, and in the US it's usually sold as European white oak.
Do you supply millwork and casework for US hotels?
Yes: vanities, wardrobes, kitchens and reception desks, built from our veneer panel board in the same finish as the walls and floors. Import duty on cabinetry is shown as its own line in the quote.
How are the floors installed?
Glued down. We supply install guides and support your installer during the build. We don't install.
Can you work to our designer's specification?
Yes. We match species, grade, size, colour tone, texture and gloss, then make master samples for sign-off.
